Version 0.3 · effective 6 August 2026
Lawfair alpha preview terms v0.3 (Aug 2026).
- Status. Lawfair is an alpha preview: experimental, pre-beta. It is operated by Cyber Mangrove Ltd (Company No. SC625467), the data controller for your personal data. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or change without notice.
- The exchange. Access is provided free of charge in exchange for the feedback described below. That exchange is the entire bargain between us: no fees are charged for access, and no payment, compensation, or reward of any kind is due to any user for use, testing, or feedback — including for the time of any employee, contractor, or agent a user involves in using the system.
- Feedback required. After each significant session, tell us: what worked, what was wrong or confusing, what's missing, and whether the output changed how you would approach the matter. You'll occasionally be asked to complete a short feedback form or call; reasonable participation is expected. Feedback and suggestions may be used freely to improve the product, and all improvements belong to Lawfair.
- No interest arises. Use of the system, testing, feedback, or suggestions create no ownership, equity, intellectual-property interest, investment, partnership, or claim of contribution in or against Lawfair or its operator, and no entitlement to compensation now or in future.
- Not legal advice. No solicitor-client relationship; outputs are decision-support for qualified users, not a basis for acting on a live matter.
- Your materials. Case materials you upload are handled confidentially, used to provide and improve the service, and deleted on request (acceptance records are retained per the permanent-record policy). How your personal data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy. Interim precaution (alpha): because this is an early preview and our AI providers retain inputs briefly (up to 30 days) rather than not at all, we recommend you pseudonymise or redact identifying details — names, addresses, reference numbers, and any special-category information such as health data — wherever they are not needed for the analysis. This is an added precaution, not a substitute for the protections we apply.
- Liability is excluded to the maximum extent the law allows.
- Access may be withdrawn at any time.
- Assignment to a successor. Lawfair is currently operated by Cyber Mangrove Ltd. We may transfer, assign, or novate these terms — together with your acceptance of them recorded on login — to a successor: a company later incorporated to operate the Lawfair business (for example one trading as "Lawfair"), or any party that acquires the Lawfair business or its assets. On any such transfer these terms and your prior acceptance continue in force against the successor, which will be bound by terms no less protective of you; where the successor becomes the data controller we will update the Privacy Policy to name it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
